Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm (with flexibility)
Location: Notting Hill, London and Comporta, Portugal
Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 Gross Per Year
Start: ASAP
For a long-standing American client of ours, we are recruiting for an experienced Private PA who speaks fluent Portuguese to support the client based between London and Comporta in Portugal when the family visit seasonally.
The family have purchased a new property in the area and are in the process of hiring a team to staff the house. The role of the Private PA will be to ensure the family’s life runs smoothly when they visit from arranging all travel, their activities and appointments/reservations. You will need to have strong experience in household staff management to assist with payroll, scheduling, expenses and uniforms etc. You will also need to have experience in property maintenance from budgeting, arranging quotes and negotiating contracts along with overseeing any works required at the property.
When the family are not in Comporta, you will be based in London supporting as a typical private PA whilst continuing to manage the property.

In order to be considered for this role you must;
Be eligible to work within the UK and Portugal
Speak fluent Portuguese and English
Possess (or be willing to get) an up to date DBS check
Have 5+ years’ experience working for an UHNW in a private role with experience in property and household staff management
Have a valid passport
Have excellent contactable references
