We have an incredible opportunity for you to flourish as the Personal Assistant for an industry recognised company, providing support across a range of activities to provide clients with a professional and seamless service.
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hybrid working model: 2-3 days in the office per week.
Working hours: Monday to Friday (36.25 hours per week)
Salary: GBP26,000 - GBP28,000
The role:
Collaborate with lawyers to oversee and manage all aspects of their day-to-day operations while prioritizing exceptional client care.Serve as the point of contact for internal and external phone inquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses that align with our firm's values.Manage all incoming post and emails with the great attention to detail, ensuring they are handled appropriately and in accordance with our firm's policies.Take charge of all aspects of meeting coordination, including booking conference rooms, organising refreshments, and liaising with internal and external attendees to ensure seamless execution.Assist with billing and credit control processes, demonstrating excellent financial acumen and attention to detail.Request cheques and bank transfers.Organise travel arrangements, including booking transport and hotels, to ensure smooth and efficient travel experiences.Carry out a range of administrative support tasks, including photocopying, printing, sending letters, organizing couriers, and data entry, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.Maintain up-to-date filing and record-keeping systems, demonstrating excellent organisational skills.Support marketing activities by contributing to pitch and presentation preparation and liaising with business development and marketing colleagues to arrange events and produce marketing material.
