We are the market leading UK based specialist vape and e-cigarette retailer. We currently have over 150 stores across the UK with more store openings on the way.
We are currently looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support our Head Office.
The Role:
- Act as first point of contact for the office, dealing with queries, correspondence and general administration
- Diary management managing within a complex organisation with continually changing priorities and numerous stakeholders
- Co-ordinating arrangements for meetings and conferences
- Co-ordinate and book travel arrangements and plan itineraries
- Communicate the Directors instructions or requests to various departments
- Organise and expedite flow of work, initiating follow up action where appropriate
- Manage and attend meetings, putting together and agreeing the agenda, take minutes at meetings, and ensuring the follow up in the required timescales
- General administration duties
Your Skills:
- Previous Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant experience
- Highly professional individual who has a 'hands on' approach
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Ability to manage challenging diary management activity
- Able to proactively anticipate needs of the team and ensure smooth running of a busy environment
- Exceptionally well organised with the ability to be flexible in prioritising deliverables and planning workload
- Able to adhere to tight deadlines and enjoy working in a busy and varied environment
- Flexible on working hours and understanding of business demands
Reward:
- Salary - £24,000+ DOE

This role is based at our Head Office at Newbridge, Edinburgh
Working hours are 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday
