We have partnered with our client, a leading IP law firm who are now looking for a Patent Secretary to join their friendly team.
If you have 2+ years' experience working in Patents and are looking for a new and exciting challenge, or perhaps a step up from the trainee or junior job title then this is the ideal role for you.
This firm have amazing offices in the city + hybrid working. Key responsibilities: E–filing patent applications Preparing bundles Travel arrangements for fee earners Diary management and managing deadlines Inbox management Organising client meetings Updating the case management system Billing General administration To be considered for this role you will have experience working in a similar role within patents, have strong attention to detail, be highly organised, thrive on working as part of a team and a great communicator.
