Part II Architectural Assistant

Eden Brown are working in partnership with a leading architectural practice seeking a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a growing team based in Birmingham City Centre. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the UK building regulations, proficiency in Revit and previous experience in the residential market. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design and development of architectural projects. Work collaboratively with the project team and other consultants to ensure project deliverables are met. Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, contractors and other stakeholders. Produce technical drawings and specifications. Ensure that all work meets UK building regulations and guidelines.Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant. Proficient in Revit and other relevant software packages. Good knowledge of UK building regulations and guidelines. Previous experience working in the residential market is preferable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.This is an excellent opportunity for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to develop their career and gain experience working on a variety of projects within a supportive and dynamic team.
