We bought our motorhome in August 2016, and have happily travelled 50,000 miles since then all over the UK, France, Spain and Portugal and also used it whilst working at events in the UK over the summer periods.

We have lived in it full time since November 2018 and are selling due to investing in a new caravan and sadly we can’t afford to keep both on the road.

This motorhome is being sold as seen, it would be sold as a project for someone and although the van is habitable and roadworthy at the moment, please read the advert in full to see what needs repairing.

I would strongly advise that the major issues listed below are sorted out sooner rather than later to give her a longer life, though as mentioned she is roadworthy and habitable as it currently stands.
Ideally, whoever buys this has good DIY skills to take it on as a project and has the time, money and space to do these repairs themselves.
If someone spent a bit of money on fixing her all up, she would be worth investing in for sure as these age/make are still fetching good money.
The Good

She is MOT’d till 25th July, 104k on the clock and she was born in 2003. Drives great and the engine is sound. Spent a fair bit of money on welding over the last few years, new brakes, tyres etc.
Inside décor all recently done and is a well-loved van and home for us for over 4 years.
The Bad

She is 20 years old and a bit tired, there are few little cosmetic issues that need sorting out.
Needs a good clean, polish, reseal etc to get her back to white and sparkly.
The rear bumper is cracked but gaffa taped on at one end securely.
TV aerial is broken off but can be replaced easily.
Exhaust will need replacing as has a hole in front section and had a welding repair recently.
External locker door catch and habitation door catch are missing.
Bathroom sink had a leak due to cracked plastic, it’s been re-sealed but really could do with being replaced/re-moulded.
Off side rear window surround broken in top corner, doesn’t leak though.
The Ugly

Two main issues - there is a small damp area in the roof in the cupboard area, despite many attempts to patch it up over the last couple of years, I’ve been unable to find the source of it.
Whilst better, it does still get a bit wet on the roof in there when there is heavy rain, on the inside roof board, so that needs investigation and repaired/sealed.
The area affected doesn't get any bigger/worse as I marked it with a sharpie 2 years ago and it stays the same size. Potentially coming in at the awning rail bracket, would need removed to check and repaired.

The other one is the external wooden floor underneath is rotten around a few areas on the outside edge and you can feel this the most near the step to inside.
Obviously, that's worst bit as gets pressure all time when entering/leaving the van and can see daylight through the gap near the door and not able to use the pull-out step.

Not sure on how to fix that issue, the best way would be to strip out the van and re-floor the whole van outside and inside.
That would be the expensive way but would do it for the rest of her life.

Or if possible, it could be patched up from outside, not sure though as not had anyone look at it.
The vehicle is currently in France (we are in Goa) and we are due to drive it back to the UK next month and arrive back on the 20th April in Dover. I can take more photos when we get back to her if required.

If anyone wants to view it, they will need to be able to travel to the area where we will be between that date and the 4th May, which is when we start our summer event work.
We do not have a full time residential address as we travel around events in the summer and then go abroad for the winter months.
We could possibly arrange somewhere mutual depending on where we are and you are.
We will be living in the van though and once it's sold, we will then move our belongings out and into our new caravan which is stored up near Leeds.

After the 4th May, we may have it stored somewhere to view, but ideally we want to have sold it before then.
