Spacious campervan, a self-build conversion during lockdown. The base vehicle is a RWD 1999 LWB High Roof Mercedes Sprinter. There are 218K miles however it is the world-renowned Sprinter engine which can do 500k fortably. Just been MOT’d and new front disc and pads fitted. Over £700 was paid to a specialist Classic Car restorer to do welding for MOT so very good underneath now. There are some rust issues in a few places but all can be sorted on a DIY basis. There are 4 three-point belted seats. Reversing camera fitted.
1.9mx1.55m king size bed and a 1.5mx55cm hammock. The sofa area is designed so that during the daytime one section of the sofa works as a single bed. 4 gas rings with grill and oven. Sink with electrically pumped cold water to the taps. 2 tables.
Solar panels and interior battery are fitted giving 12v sockets and spotlights in the cabin and bathroom as well as running the very large electric coolbox. Mains hook-up with mains sockets in the cabin. Bathroom has a Porta-Potti and is ready for a shower to be fitted.
All wood interior to give a very warm feel and lots of upper and lower storage. No space wasted. Full Fiamma wind-out awning and full poles and tentage for the awning. The tentage is in need of a bit of repair but minor.
Ready for upgrade to hot water.
Selling to raise the money to do another conversion.
Can be driven on a normal car licence. Ready for adventures for a new owner.
