Maintenance Assistance needed – Coventry– Temporary to Permanent
Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant for an organisation based in Coventry. The ideal candidate will be available at short notice and willing to work between GBP10 and GBP12 per hour
The role will involve:
Assisting the Carpenters, Plumbers and Electricians to carry out day to day maintenancePlaying a key role in the development, recording and maintenance of Health and Safety procedures and controls;Carrying out general building maintenanceShow and assist contractors around who might be on site surveying or carrying out repairsIdentifying and notifying the Supervisor of facilities and assets that require renewalCarrying out necessary maintenance of the grounds including snow clearing and salting during the winter monthsShowing excellent customer service at all times
