The area

The building

Changes in Greek state regulations mean that the 250,000 euro threshold is valid until the end of 2023, after which the threshold for Athens will double. This means that if the new owner is interested in the golden visa, they will have to sign a pre-agreement for the sale by April 2023, and complete the full purchase of the apartment by the end of 2023.
