Hello, we are looking for a 2 bedroom place to rent in Inverness, preferably a flat but it isn't an issue if this isn't available. It would need to be pet friendly for a single cat.

There's three of us in total, with each person chipping in for their portion of the rent and utility bills. We're all working consistently so collectively we think we can afford something between £500-£700pm. We've accumulated plenty of savings in order to pay for the deposit.

There isn't a particular area we're hoping to live in but it would be preferable if this could be within a reasonable distance of the city centre due to the cost of fuel.
