LIVE-OUT PAINTER/HANDYMAN IN SURREY full-time and permanent

We are seeking a skilled Painter/Handyman to join our team in Surrey, near RHS Wisley.
Job Description
General maintenance, including painting and decorating
Repairing woodwork and fencing
Maintenance on London based properties
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
Be able to show that you excel in painting and decorating, carpentry and other general maintenance
A good understanding of property upkeep
A practical ability with a ‘can do’ attitude is essential
Excellent timekeeping, flexibility and attention to detail
Must work well as part of a team and independently
Communicate clearly and competently with the owners and staff
Take pride in your work whilst also being able to remain neat and tidy doing so
You will need a full clean driving licence with your own transport due to the location. We require five years’ contactable references. A non-smoker please.
Hours: The role is 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with some flexibility needed.
