Legal support available from 20yr City qualified solicitor now acting as a consultant. Experience in various areas over the years including business, family, property, debt, charity/third sector.
-support with filling out court forms, writing witness statements, preparing exhibits;
- contracts, construction, joint venture/partnerships supplied and or reviewed;
- leases and title review and reports;
- help solving tricky problems- debts, missing people, landlord and tenant etc;
- help discussing legal options and cases because sometimes having a qualified person to tell the problem to, discuss what has happened and understand what options are possible is enough for the time being.
-crime- immigration or probate are not included
first session is email to see if I can do the work and in the time frame -if I can I will send a small terms of engagement and payment details
second is email/ phone to discuss work and price
third is work is carried out
I charge £90 hr confidential consultation
Work is charged at fixed rates where possible
SRA authorised, qualifications and insurance available
