Lead Fitter – Norrsken High Performance Windows and Doors

Make no mistake, this is a demanding role.
You will be customer facing, problem solving and leading a team of three. You will set the tone, the example and the standard for your team.
Expect UK wide travel, nights away, early starts and some late finishes. That said, you will have the full support of Norrsken’s Installation Service Delivery team.
