Lab Technician - Suffolk

The Just Recruitment Group Ltd is currently recruiting for a Laboratory Technician for their client based in Haverhill, Suffolk.Monday–Friday 7:30am–4pmThe main function of the role will be to test routine QC samples from the plant using a wide range of techniques providing accurate and timely results. You will also be expected to be able to maintain equipment, keep your work area clean and tidy and work in a methodical and organised manner.Key Responsibilities: Evaluation and testing of products, in–process materials and incoming raw materials Quality checking Keep accurate and up to date records Preparing re–work and batch adjustment documentation Sampling of raw materials Communicating with Manager and Operational teams Working to ensure the smooth day to day running of the laboratoryPerson profile: Excellent communicator Willing to learn Ability to multi–task and work to deadlines Problem solving ability Previous experience within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous Flexible in your approach to workPlease note that if you have not been contacted within 7 days, your application for this position has been unsuccessful.
