Shepherd Neame is looking for a part time Kitchen Assistant to join our team, so if you enjoy hospitality but prefer working behind the scenes supporting your colleagues and contributing to the teams overall success; then this may be just the job for you.
Overlooking one of the finest beaches on the North Kent Coast, the Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie in Birchington is a relaxed, stylish location that offers truly outstanding views, great food, an extensive drinks list and friendly service. The pub sits close to both Quex Park and the Powell Cotton Museum and the history-rich area can be explored with Shepherd Neame's Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie Pub Walk, which starts and ends at the pub.
We know that great kitchen Assistant are also a key ingredient to a successful kitchen, so this role will see you working as part of our friendly and supportive team to ensure the delivery of a great and efficient dining experience to our customers.
If you haven’t got any previous experience in this role, please do not worry, so long as that you are confident, committed and you are a great team player, we can train you and teach you everything else that you will need to know.
