The IS Planner is expected to assist in delivering the complete planning capability within the business by maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Assisting the Task Manager with business rhythms, schedule integrity, network analysis, Earned Value and communications with the programme and business teams. Maintaining training logs/proficiencies. Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality and be a great team player. Contribute towards and maintain the IS Modernisation integrated schedule Key Responsibilities: Preparing and maintaining the IMS for new or existing programmes. Develop through experience a variety of planning competencies as required by specific project needs. Utilizing applicable project management tools, implement network logic and measurement methods to perform critical path and risk analyses. Communicating schedule impacts and proposing corrective actions to applicable stakeholders. Implement, maintain and manage planning products in support of planning processes. Providing project and programme personnel with the support necessary to maintain planned progress with independent network analyses resulting in reports and metrics. Building strong customer & stakeholder relations to enable the facilitation of projects. Attending and contribute to team meetings with the responsible scope of work. Assist the task manager to identify risks and issues and work proactively towards satisfactory mitigations. Cooperate in the design of mitigations or improvements to the process and product. Maintaining and coordinating vertical and horizontal schedule integration between supplemental schedules, the IMS and the Program Summary Master Schedule. Developing insight and skill in the accurate and timely preparation and delivery of programme metrics and reports.
