Insolvency Solicitor - England

Insolvency Solicitor GBP50-GBP60k (DOE) Leeds, Nottingham, Derbyshire, Sheffield Ideally located within -mile radius to Doncaster Remote position, ideally located within a -mile radius to Doncaster to attend 1-2 meetings per week with the Partner. Flexibility to attend 1-2 meetings within the Birmingham City office per month. You will play an integral part of the Business Recovery Team with 2-3 years PQE ideally within Insolvency. You will act for insolvency practitioners, creditors, lenders, businesses, companies, directors, and individuals on a wide range of matters including administration, insolvent sales and acquisitions, liquidations, public interest winding up petitions and bankruptcy. The Role Liaise with internal/external stakeholders as directed by the Partner Assist with the preparation of statutory paperwork Assist with the prep of documents for banks and other financial institutions Be responsible for drafting documents to creditors and other interested parties on request Assist with investigation matters Receive and make calls as required About You Must be an excellent communicator at all levels Possess excellent working knowledge/use of Microsoft Office Ability to work to strict deadlines Willingness to travel where necessary A natural inquisitive nature Desire to take ownership and develop lasting relationships Can work at pace Excellent eye for detail Benefits 24 days annual leave, plus bank holidays 2 additional days holiday are normally provided at Christmas (usually Christmas Eve and New Year s Eve) Option to purchase up to 3 days additional holiday 8% pension (4% employee contribution, 4% employer) Life Assurance of 4X salary Cycle to work scheme Employee Assistance Programme & Bereavement Support helpline Free flu jabs Season Ticket Loans Discounted will writing and conveyancing Medicash health cash plan
