Here is a 2 bedrooms house, price £480,000. Don’t jump from the chair immediately. My house selling points are Private Garden, Private Carpark, Private Garage, Loft, Front Porch. For a person work from home, these facilities are 100% more useful than live in central London. Even if you are working and living in central London, my house is also a good choice as you can have a private garden, a private garage, a private carpark, a loft and a front porch at this price.

This is a free hold house is selling directly by owner. The white fence one is mine. The house is located at Webbscroft Road, Dagenham, London RM10 7NL. The Selling point of the house is the totally usable area is 1367 Square Feet (127 square metres), nice environmental, private carpark, garage, big garden and a good school near the house. The house is lovely. Comfortable bedrooms, big living room (Hall), bright bathroom, nice garden and nice front porch. The living room can be applied into a working place as my house network is broadband. The windows are double glazed windows which keep the house warm. The living room is big enough to separate a space which can be converted into an additional bedroom. Because we have a private parking and other no other parking restriction on the Webbscroft Road, the garage can store a lot of things or may be can convert it into a room if you want. The house has optical fibre access. It can access into Virgin Gig1 which is download speed up to 1130M per second.

The gardens just replaced the new grass. You can barbecue in the lovely garden. The former house owner left a stove and a barbecue oven for me but I never used. I will leave the stove and the oven for you but you need to check it before you use it.

The house has Gas Safety Certificate, a satisfactory Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR), Mould Free Certificate etc. The house has a new fuse box which also has a Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC) and completion.

For the advertised pictures and videos, I have already tried my best to show the house without any furniture. For the Room 2 (the smaller room), I really have too many postcards in the Room 2, I have no idea how to show the room is very tidy. You can see my eBay account (huahuaan2), I am selling plenty of antique postcards. But don’t forget, when you move in, all these postcards are will be moved out. So, the Room 2 pictures are tidy or not tidy is not a very important factor.

Transport, Health Centre and Shopping (supermarket or online)

The walking distance to the Dagenham East Station is about 13 minutes for me. The house to Tesco is about 7 minutes walk, to post office about 5 minutes walk, to Morrison is about 18 - 20 minutes walk, to Iceland about 20 minutes walk, to ALDI is about 25 minutes walk, to ASDA about 28 minutes walk, to petrol station about 6 minutes walk. The house is also near 2 health centres and 1 dental clinic (about 5 to 7 minutes walk). 10 minutes drive can be to the Queens Hospital or by bus (No. 103 or 173) directly to the rear door of the hospital (Old church Rise Stop).

If you like online shopping, the front porch is convenient for you shopping online as the parcel can be put into the porch. It is worth to mention that my house never happen thief entering. The porch is also easy to replace if you want another porch style. You can see the picture, the porch is easy to dismantled as it is not a brick porch. So, no matter you go to supermarket shopping or online shopping both are convenient for this house.

Schooling and Leisure Centres

The nearest school to this house is Eastbrook School. The school’s rating is ‘Good’ in the Ofsted Report. There are 2 leisure centres near the house. One is Becontree Heath Leisure Centre and another one is Dagenham Park Leisure Centre. The walking distance to the Becontree Leisure Centre is about 20 minutes’ walk from the house.

Summarise

In summarise, the house has a big usable area (1367 square feet), safety environment, nice garden, private carpark, convenient shopping area and convenient online shopping facility (superfast network and porch).
