Hotel Receptionist - London

We are looking for experienced Receptionists for day and night shifts at our hotel in Bayswater, London. The hotel was not trading during covid and we are in the process of refurbishing the property and intend to trade from mid April 2023.
We require extremely well presented, professional and articulate individuals to join our reception/front desk. The successful candidate must be organized, have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English. Full training will be provided although previous experience is preferred. We are looking for an individual who will be professional and discreet, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. You will be motivated by providing exceptional service at all times and interacting with our discerning clients. Shifts are either 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm or 11pm to 7am.
MAIN DUTIES
1. Deliver excellent customer service, at all times and to ensure that the guest has a comfortable and memorable stay.
2. Deal with all enquiries, take reservations for accommodation bookings in person, on the telephone or via e-mail and updating rates online.
3. Cash handling and taking the correct payment from the guests for payment of rooms.
4. Providing accurate information to guests in relation to their booking and their general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
5. Process daily guest transactions and accounts accurately and efficiently.
