Timing belt and tensioner replaced 8k miles ago including thermostat and temp sensor.

After trying a number of DC2 Integras what lead me to purchase this car was how well the engine + gearbox performed. There is no smoke, hesitation or crunching from any of the drivetrain. It engages VTEC consistently and very strong. I check the oil regularly and have been surprised by how little is used. The modifications enhance the driving experience yet retain the qualities and look of the OEM car. I’ve never driven a car that handles like this, it is truly special to drive, the combination of the coilovers, corner weighting, AD08RS tyres and the Integra chassis is amazing.

Interior is in excellent condition with the front seats showing the expected use related drive side bolster sagging. There is a faulty adjuster on one of the HVAC controls but I think this could be fixed if someone spent some time on it as it is just the outer adjuster that has come away from the metal tab behind it but I have a full replacement HVAC control unit which will be supplied with the car. I have put in replacement mats but the OEM original mats will be supplied with the car.

Exterior/underneath is in good condition and the rear arches were replaced during the previous ownership. There is a small crack within the rear bumper (pictured) but it wasn’t not extensive enough for me to warrant repairing. Paintwork generally is good however not perfect and some maintenance/restoration would be expected if you want a cosmetically perfect car, this has done almost 113,000 miles and is almost 24 years old. I have pictured some of the small rust bubbles forming under the paint in 3 locations (1 of which is at the leading edge of the bonnet and is very minor), I believe these could be treated quite easily. The paint has to be the least faded of any original milano red DC2 that I have seen (not that there are many) it is still a deep red. There is some light water marking across upper facing panels (roof etc) on the car which I believe is due to storage by a previous owner, but this can only be seen under close inspection from the right light and right angles, it is worst on the spoiler but would be fixable with a simple paint correction. Brake Calipers could do with a repaint (can be seen in the pictures). The rear window washer fluid nozzle doesn’t work but it’s probably just blocked.

I have tried to be as honest as I can about the car, it has always been met with great enthusiasm form anyone who has seen it that has an interest in these cars. It is in great condition for the age and mileage and the only DC2’s that I have seen that are in better condition have been fully restored, no originals have come even close at this mileage. This is your chance to get a future classic that will only appreciate in price with each year.
