Global Mobility and Immigration Advisor

Our client Scottish Power are currently recruiting for a Global Mobility and Immigration Advisor to join the team on a contract basis based in Glasgow City Centre.
Accountabilities:• Working with Recruitment, Reward and HR Admin to manage relocation benefits for local hires and out of UK • Working with Business, HR, and Payroll to manage relocation for International Business Travellers • Support and assist with new Visa request • Monthly foreign tax reporting • Working with the Payroll teams across SP • Tax returns • Email requests to get purchase orders required • Updating Tax and Immigration fees as required • Ensure Database is updated and run standard reports as required • Updating Immigration file (new cases, fees, start dates etc) • Support with some payroll tax reports as required Skills and Experience:• Experience working in an Immigration focused role is essential • Strong ability to articulate and present information verbally and in written reports • Self-starter that uses initiative to identify and deliver new opportunities • Ability to prioritise a busy workload with the capacity to meet deadlines • Solid problem-solving, decision making, and analytical capabilities • HR experience would be advantageous
