I am looking for a General Manager to focus on:
The day to day management and ensuring service is up to the highest standards.Proactive management of a large team, leading by example to deliver the outstanding customer service which has come to be expected by the brandFull engagement and involvement in back office operations including rota planning, ordering etcStaff training and recruitmentMeeting the necessary customer standardsStrong knowledge of budgeting and GP levelsWhat we would LOVE from you:
Currently be at strong Assistant General Manager/General Manager within a premium restaurant and bar. This role would suit a strong AGM looking to step up.
