garden and landscape maintanence

I am looking for someone to help with my gardening business , I have a regular round of private gardens, new build gardens and grounds mercial buildings to maintain. I am looking for help 5 days a week, this includes occasional Saturdays.
I am looking for someone who, ideally, has some gardening experience and experience of using machinery (lawn mower, strimmer and hedge trimmer etc). You would need to have a driving license and fortable driving a van as you would be required to do some solo work. I am looking for someone practically minded and hard working. You will need to be strong and fit as there is a lot of lifting and moving around required.
A cscs card would be an advantage as some work is site based. If not held we can look to get one.
It will start off on a self employed basis
You would need to get to and from Fishponds
