From the wise hands of the craftsmen of Torre del Greco, an astonishing cameo entirely carved by hand on a seashell.
It represents female profile.
Framed under glass. The pretty frame is made of wood.
Cameo is an ancient method of hand carving.
First of all, a suitable shell is chosen.
Then the shell is cut in its most convex part and then shaped until it reaches the desired shape.
