The caravan is a 2 bedroom model (6 berth with extra sleeping in the lounge area) and is priced at £16,000 which includes the park’s owner-transfer fee, site fees paid until end of year and new gas & electric safety certificates. Also included is 2 outside lockable storage boxes which include such items such as barbeque, glass table and 4 chairs, loungers and garden benches.

The caravan is sited on a premier site over looking a grass area looking towards the Solent with views to the sea. Being located in the premier site at the top of the park-Solent Breeze - it is situated in a quiet area away from the main entertainment centre. There is a large grass area in front of the caravan so would be ideal for young families, with no passing traffic and mostly owners around you. Car parking is beside the caravan hard tarmac area and can accommodate 2 cars.

The park is open all year round. This is an award winning park with private beach access, coastal walks - the site allows for a maximum of 2 dogs per caravan. To enter the caravan we have invested in study rail steps that are a must from the safety angle. The caravan measures 28 x 12` and has a spacious open-plan living area with plenty of seating.

The lounge has an L-shaped sofa (with a pull-out bed beneath), a built-in matching dining area, part lino and carpet flooring, TV unit- with TV included, a gas fire for winter months, and a storage cupboard. Addition mobile Electric radiators also help keep the caravan warm in those cold months. The kitchen is a good size and comes with a full gas cooker & grill, a fridge-freezer, microwave and lots of storage cupboards. It is also fully equip with pots, pans, kitchen utensils, glass and crockery- ready to move in! Heating and cooking comes from mains gas supply. The caravan comes with 2 bedrooms - one double and 1 twin. The master bedroom has a double walk-in wardrobe, an electric wall- heater, overhead lockers, and bedside shelves. The 2nd bedroom each come with two single beds, their own wardrobe, and overhead lockers. Lastly family wash-room has a shower, a toilet, and a sink- this can be accessed in 2 ways - door from main bedroom or door from hall.

The caravan has been well-cared for and is in excellent condition- used only a limited time over the last few years-new curtains and cushions replaced in 2022 . The caravan has a lease limit of 6 and half years before being renewed. It would be perfect both for a young family looking to enjoy their free-time together or for a couple looking to spend quality time together over a longer period.
