Farm land or garden for metal detecting

I am looking for agricoltural land (after crop harvest period), pasture land or garden owners that can allow me to metal detect their land in the Essex area (around Southend on Sea).
Land owners are welcome to come along if wished and try one of my detectors. In any case any finds will be shown to the land owner.
Old stuff with no or limited monetary value but with history significance for the land owner (farmer forks, horse shoes, sheep bells, etc) can be kept by the land owner if wished.
For any other find that could have value such as old coins or relics and that could be sold in auction proceeds will be split 50/50.
Also, if you lost a piece of machinery I can help to find it, for free!!!
Any rubbish (foil, cans, bottle cap, nails) will be collected and disposed.
For piece of mind I have third party liability insurance with the National Council for Metal Detecting (NCMD).
