Experienced Counterbalanced Forklift Truck Driver/Labourer Required
Hourly rate: £11.50 plus £0.50 Weekly Attendance Allowance
Monday to Friday (Shifts - 6am to 3pm and 8.30am to 5.30pm alternate weeks)
Immediate start available
Ferrybridge, WF11 8RD – must live within a commutable distance
Permanent full-time position
As one of the fastest growing UK pallet manufacturers, our client are now recruiting an Experienced Counterbalanced Forklift Truck Driver. The role would ideally suit an individual who is currently in similar role or looking for a new position.
In a fast-moving environment, you will have a minimum of one years’ experience of forklift driving.
Responsibilities:
Loading and unloading trailers
Feeding pallets to Operatives and then to stock
Pallet sorting and inspection by hand
Requirements:
Current FLT Driving licence
Experience of using a double handler forklift truck an advantage
Physical stamina and strength
Experience of handling/transporting empty pallets an advantage
Receipting paperwork accurately
The ability to adapt to different duties
Concentration on product quality
Adherence to our health and safety regulations and daily housekeeping of your area
Teamwork and communication skills
