Your future duties and responsibilities
Work with the direction of the VP or Director to develop the strategy within the fleet & mobility sector and grow the business with clients to deliver a long-term, high-value revenue stream.
Devise and propose potential solutions to meet client needs based on business / organisational value.
Lead the design of cost-effective and innovative solutions either for a standalone engagement or as part of a wider programme.
Provide guidance, governance and expertise across the team in the implementation of the solution.
Demonstrate deep subject matter knowledge and uses this for the benefit of the client and CGI.
Designs solutions to complex business problems taking into account all relevant factors (financial, technical and human).
Plays an active role in managing the client relationship demonstrating effective stakeholder management.
Identifies and qualifies opportunity for follow-on work.
Pro-actively supports the implementation of the solution, working collaboratively with other teams across the engagement.
Establishes quality standards and ensures that these are maintained and delivered against.
Establishes sustainable client relationships, demonstrating personal credibility, and owns the delivery of client commitments.
Drives meetings to decision points, influencing & negotiating outcomes
Anticipates issues and risks and act to mitigate those quickly; handles any unforeseen blockages swiftly and effectively
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Demonstrable success in a similar role
Specialist in b2b fleet & mobility and fuel cards.
Subject matter expert within fleet and mobility with the ability to work with clients to determine how best to deliver their business strategies.
Strong track record in understanding clients needs and creating the vision, strategy and solutions to meet these needs.
Innovator and creative thinker in supporting strategic projects, growth initiatives and complex customer engagements in the fleet & mobility sector
Ability to provide insight and expertise to support propositions and business development areas for the fleet and fuel cards landscape.
Experience in assessing, creating and managing strategic partner relationships to create end-to-end propositions and solutions that deliver market leading functionality
Engage with senior client stakeholders in order to build long-term strategic relationships
