Our client has engaged us to source a Contracts Advisor across all levels to work across their expanding portfolio and to ensure their schemes are 'best in class' in line with the organisation's business plan.
The Role:
The Contracts Advisor's primary role is to develop contracts and administrate related functions.
Responsible and accountable for the delivery of best in class capital projects assigned to the department through executing and managing assigned projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of integrity and compliance. This will involve engineering design, procurement, and construction of various sizes, types, and complexity of small, medium to multi–billion dollar mega–size projects.
Project Management Departments manage and execute projects usually from multiple site offices or engineering contractor design offices, geographically scattered throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
As the successful Contracts Advisor:
You will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Law/Contracts Management from a recognised and approved program. An advanced degree is preferred. You will have fifteen years of specialised contracting experience in design, consultancy, Joint Ventures, and construction contracts/agreements related to refining and the petrochemical industries.You will have excellent English verbal and written communication skills. You must understand contract administration principles and best practices. You will demonstrate a dynamic attitude toward process improvementsYou will have the flexibility to work in multinational teams and mobilise to different locations including remote areas as needed. Remuneration:
