*COMPLETE* Gaming / Office Setup BUNDLE

I am reluctantly selling my entire gaming / office setup. I've been using this beast of a rig for my professional work and casual gaming, but have now decided to sell as I simply don't get the time to use it to it's full potential.
I simply cannot explain how insane this setup was for me. puter runs anything you could possibly throw at it, and could even run triple A title's at max settings no issues. I set the dual monitors up to support both graphic editing (screen 1) and gaming (screen 2). Please see below for everything included and more information.

SPEAKER - Happy to throw in my JBL sound system - subwoofer base unit + 1 external tabletop speaker. Incredible sound!
Things to note:
There are a couple of marks on the desk tabletop, just general wear and tear, but considering age and use its in excellent condition.
The monitor arm has indented the desk where it is clamped, but does not affect the viewing angle of the monitors.
As pictured, the chair is in a very used condition, with noticeable wear in the leather on the bottom section. It also occasionally drops to the ground, but I've prevented this with tape around the bottom of the gas strut and it's been okay since. I'm happy to chuck the gaming chair in for free due to this, and have not factored it in to the overall price.
