Communications Officer - Leisure

Our client is the UK's largest and most progressive leisure operator. They are currently seeking a high calibre positive, supportive and inclusive individual to take on the role of munications officer at their head office based in Hinckley in Leicestershire.
We are looking for someone that can make a real positive difference to our clients customer’s lives in helping them to e and remain fit and active and enjoy being active themselves. This person will be responsible for targeted campaigns to inspire and motivate their members and munities e and use the facilities more often. With a state of the art CRM system this person will have the ability to truly understand what makes our clients members tick and use this insight to take their munications to the next level and beyond
We need a Direct Communications Officer who will…
Be able to support a diverse team fully embracing pany values
Write engaging content clearly and concisely
Support the management of clear user journeys
Have an ability to analyse, test and suggest methods to improve results
Be self-sufficient in time management
Be a municator
Work on your own initiative
You will need to have had experience in the implementation of CRM strategies, customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies and delivering CRM / email marketing
