This is a fabulous opportunity to work in a niche consultancy that provides stakeholder value and resolves disputes by working collaboratively, evidentially and in a measured capacity within the FM markets. As Associate Director, you will receive equity in line with the growth of the business and an opportunity to eventually become partner. This would suit a person who has an enquiring mind, a level of scepticism and resilience. You may have taken a degree in law or contract management earlier in your career. This post requires a level of numeracy in conjunction with both legal and compliance knowledge relating to contracts & contractors. It is NOT procurement! Able to work autonomously from home, understand data and make fact-based decisions. With great stakeholder management skills, you will be adept at resolving conflict and creating solutions. Be able to account manage existing clients and develop new business over time. Possibly a background in FM, construction or a consultative nature. A graduate with a minimum of 5 years industry experience
