Client Services Executive

Award winning firm in Manchester are seeking a Client Services Team Executive to join their team. If you have excellent client care/ customer service and admin skills then this is an amazing opportunity. Please note this role would suit candidates who are looking to progress their career within a customer services role and not a role where they can kick start their legal career. Our client will still welcome graduates and also school leavers who have a strong customer service background. Duties include: Delivering accurate contact information on the legal query Communicate with clients regarding their legal query and guide them to the appropriate department Obtain and process all essential client information accurately on the Proclaim system Ensure customer enquiries are picked up promptly by the relevant department Seeking feedback on a regular basis Maintain positive relationships with clients and build trust to ensure repeat business Dealing with telephone calls and emails Ensuring that clients have a positive and smooth journey from start to finish This role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis working Monday- Friday on a shift basis between 8am 7pm.
