Chinese / Japanese Silk 4 Panel Screen Painting - Bamboo Birds Gongbi

This was acquired from a family member but we do not have the space to display it and regrettably feel it would be better for someone else to enjoy who has more space in their home. I am not sure of its origin but the family member said they think Hong Kong but we really do not have much information.
Measurements:

4 Panel Screen
Hand painted scene of 2 birds and bamboo
Dark wood frame
Silk border
Metal (brass?) detailed corner protectors, studs and hanging brackets
Blemishes:
- There are some stain spot marks which can be seen in the photos and are mostly on the right hand panel. I do not know how they happened and I have made no attempt to clean/remove them.
When the painting is folded up you can see a small tear in the joint between the middle two panels, this is not at all visible when opened.
The paper on the rear of the left panel has some small scuffs but does not impact the front of the painting.
