Throughout your role you will be leading the character animation team and really driving forward the creatin of high quality animationsEnsure that all character animations are optimized for performance and meet the technical requirements of our gamesYou will mentor and guide other engineers within the team to help them reach their full potentialStaying up-to-date with industry trends will be a major part of your role as you will incorporate new ideas into our animation processesCollaborate with game designers, artists, and engineers to create animations that bring characters to life Character Animation Lead Requirements
Strong professional knowledge within the game development industry with a specific focus on build and deployment processesStrong knowledge of Unreal Engine and PerforceKnowledge of Unreal Engine build processes and toolsPerforce source controlStrong working knowledge using Jenkins for automation build and deployment processesExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to lead and motivate a team of engineersSelf-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment Character Animation Lead Benefits
