We are The Soundboy Crew we specialise in temporary recruitment service that provides skilled and experienced technical professionals to the events industry.
We are looking for an ambitious, driven and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our organisation. This is an exciting career opportunity to progress and develop becoming an integral part of a dynamic growth-stage company.
You will be identifying the right business partners, expanding our client base, creating and maintaining a sales pipeline that will achieve sales targets.
Requirements
Previous B2B sales experience
Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written
The ability to influence and negotiate
Strategic and Proactive Work Ethic.
Team Player.
Driven and Self Motivated.
Ability to Build & Maintain Working Relationships with Clients.
Main responsibilities
Generating business via Outbound calls & emails prospecting warm/cold leads
Building and maintaining relationships with clients – always ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand a company’s client base.
Act as the initial point of contact for any leads coming in.
Manage your sales pipeline and Keep the CRM system up to date.
Hit and exceed revenue and KPI targets.
Benefits to you
Basic salary of £28,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
Good commission structure (uncapped commissions)
Mon – Friday working hours 9-5
Clear progression route into BDM
