A very rare Brooklands R model in a very good usable condition which benefits from an excellent service history.
The car has covered 70,000 miles with prior maintenance recorded at 3538, 14369, 29112, 36696, 43396, 44287, 48391, 54496, 55321, 60883, 65917 and 70051 miles, all servicing carried out by Bentley or marque specialists, last serviced and MOT'd with no advisory notices in June 2022. Recent work to include new rear spheres, new seat ECU's and alloy wheels refurbished. The car drives very well, just as you would imagine with such comprehensive maintenance history and delivers very responsive performance, a very different experience to the naturally aspirated models. The Brooklands R is the ultimate expression of the Bentley Brooklands, all built in the short wheelbase and featuring the Turbo R suspension, Continental T performance braking system, light pressure turbo engine producing 300bhp and 600nm of torque - 442 lb/ft in old money, 17 inch alloy wheels, mesh grille, new style bumpers and painted headlamp surrounds and a later style steering wheel. Only 79 of this model were produced of which only 22 were right hand drive making this a very rare car indeed and an excellent long term investment.
Finished in sherwood green mica with magnolia fine lines, magnolia hide and conifer carpets piped in magnolia with spruce top roll and magnolia marvellon roof lining, all presenting very well and offering a sumptuous and cosseting driving environment.
