I'm having a bit of a re-jig and I've decided to sell my Boss Katana, replacing it with a small form amp modeller. The Katana is pretty much in 'like new' condition and has only ever been used at home. It's a superb amp but I already use a multi FX unit and only play through headphones, which means I'm not using most of the available features on the Katana.
It's being sold with the original power supply, USB cable and instruction books etc.. The USB cable allows you to connect the Katana to your PC / laptop for the Tone Studio software (for sound customisation with over 60 different Boss effects, channel and global EQs, customisable routing and much more)
Features include :
- Built-in 5\" monitor speaker - for practising without an external cabinet
- 5 Amp types: Clean, Crunch, Lead, Brown & Acoustic
- 5 Independent effect controllers : Booster, Mod, FX, Delay and Reverb
- 8 Memory locations for amp and effect settings plus panel setting
- Power control (0.5 / 50 / 100 watts) for full amp sound at any volume level or for silent playing through headphones
- Serial effects loop-in
- Dimensions (W x D x H): 470 x 228 x 215 mm
Also included in the selling price is the Boss GA-FC foot controller which, once connected to the Katana using the included TRS cable, allows you to switch presets, turn on / off effect controllers and / or bypass the FX loop on the Katana). Bought last July (2022) and in immaculate condition. Usually retails separately for £95.
