Bookkeeper / Legal Cashier Location: Reading, (RG1) Office Based Salary: GBP25k - GBP30K Depending on experience + Excellent Benefits Job Type: Full-Time Immediate Start! The Role: As an experienced Bookkeeper/Legal Cashier you will play a key role in our well-regarded client s finance team. Based at their Head Office in Reading, you will be processing transactions for all of their branches in their busy accounts team. This is an on-site role in a busy, friendly and prestigious Legal firm that comes highly recommended by its clients. Duties: Daily bank reconciliations & weekly cost transfers and journals Process the card payments and payments on Barclays online Check the completion of statements and invoices Process the client bills & input the receipts Process the purchase ledger invoices and payments The ideal candidate will have: Previous legal cashier experience Accounting background with excellent attention to detail Knowledge of Solicitor s accounts rules (desirable but not essential) Immediate availability Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
