Bartender - Summer Season
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Bartender to work on this stunning Island for the summer season. Working within the hotels quirky bar you will be a hands on bartender, happy to \" host\" the residents who will often come for drinks pre and post dinner! Its a small bar area and requires someone with with the confidence and flair to make the role their own.
The Place
Our client is a stunning family hotel on the Isles of Scilly. Located on St Mary's Island. The hotel has two award winning restaurants and 38 bedrooms and is a popular holiday destination from March until October.

The Person
The ideal Bartender will have the following:
Be available to commit to the whole season from end Feb 2023- End Oct 2023Be able to get yourself to Cornwall in order to travel to the IslandSome bartender experience required, good overall drinks knowledge.Hotel experience advantageousHappy to work on a small Island for the season until OctoberGood working attitude with flexibility to work hours and shifts as requiredInterviews will be conducted via telephone and ZOOM prior to offers being made
