Baker - Argyll and Bute

We are looking for a talented, and experienced baker to run our micro bakery. The team member will have at least 2 years experience of working in a bakery. We are a diverse, hard working team that keep things light whilst getting the job done.
Key tasks
• preparing artisan ferment and yeasted breads
• lamination work for pastries
• Helping with cake production
• Working alone and as part of a team
Working to bread order schedules
• Completing HACAPP records, ordering & help preparing bake schedules
•daily clean downs & regular deep cleans
The team member will have at least 2 year of experience as a baker working with artisan breads. Experience of viennoiserie would be desirable. The team member should have pride in their work and is important that they can get on well with others. Keeping good time is essential as is attention to detail. This job includes early hours and some weekend working.
•negotiable wage dependant on experience
• flexible shifts 5 days
• full time position from April to December based on minimum 35 hours weekly, usually spread over 5 days.
