Value of projects range from GBP50-200m and work with strong professional teams and tier 1 main contractors. Due to continued success they are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support on high profile mixed use development project which is multi-phased to manage design and pre-contract, as well as post contract delivery within an Employer's agent client representative role. Strong development and Project Management consultancy experience within commercial development sector is advantageous with JCT pre and post contract knowledge. This is a great opportunity for a Project Management professional to work on a flagship project and work within a specialist major project team on delivering iconic development schemes in Manchester and Liverpool. As an Assistant Project Manager in Real Estate Development, you will be at the heart of each project. This is a diverse role, you will assist on the following: Project delivery. Contract administration. Develop project documentation. Manage Consultant teams on design & built project contract compliance. Conduct feasibility studies. Coordinate adherence to CDM regulation. Manage logistics and resources. Client liaison. Monitor contractor progress against contract programme. Produce project stage reports. Maintain robust document management system.
