Securitas is recruiting for an Area Supervisor to take ownership of our South East area.
Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern

How you will make an impact as a Area Supervisor :
Supervise and support the contracts/assignments within the Area.Assist in the implementation of appropriate training programmes, coaching and mentoring the officers and when applicable completions of site check visits, 1-2-1, career conversations, health assessments, welfare meetings, investigations etc. Carry out toolbox talks in accordance with the predetermined plan.Check that all staff are working to the relevant assignment instructions and risk assessment and effective communication/ escalation of any challenges or issues to relevant RC operations Teams.Ensure all Security Officers carry out the proper book on/off and check call procedures.Ensure that H&S is maintained on all sites at all sites, promoting and education where applicable.Ensure that the Supervisor's vehicle is at all times clean and well maintained and equipped to provide the service.Carry out unannounced visits to sites and pen testing as and when requested.Assistance in any incidents and emergency response incapacity of an incident controller, investigator, providing full reporting for the branch. That function will involve attendance of EFCC course.Provision of emergency cover for down sites.Support HUB and the Team Leader in any field-related activities.Essential SkillsAs our new Area Supervisor you will need:
