The roleWorking within the Business Systems support team the purpose of the role is:• To ensure delivery of business systems support management information is understood by business stakeholders and Technical Systems Support Team. Any aspect of IT deliverables for projects on the ITFM and Group Transformation portfolio are delivered and successfully transitioned into operational BAU in line with project timescales
Key responsibilities• Ensure operational service is delivered to agreed standards and SLA's, with support provided between agreed business supported hours• Management of TSS planned activities and availability via the Rota & team plans• Management of Group & Pension system technology roadmaps, with TSS, ensuring that all events are managed & updated. Maintaining that all necessary change processes are followed.• Owner & Ongoing support of all TSS developed MI• Supporting the timely delivery of audit actions and IT risk mitigations• Contribute and compliance with business applications policies, standards and audit• Ownership of TSS technical documentation areas• Provide technical advice during any projects on the IT and group transformation portfolio• Provide advice, support & guidance in issue management and problem resolution for all business systems• Support full and effective communications to key stakeholders e.g. Service Delivery Manager & 3rd Parties on the delivery of the application support service.• Ensuring all technical systems support activities defined in support models for group Business Systems are adhered to
Your experience• Capable of engaging with business stakeholders and good customer service focus and attention to detail• Established technical knowledge of application systems• Established system knowledge from application and administration perspective• Experience of working with third party companies/suppliers• Being dependable• Flexibility• Experience in the creation & ongoing support of Management Information• Experience and demonstrate as working as part of a team• Good communication, presentation and written skills
