Fantastic sounding British floorstanding speakers in full working order and very good condition. These are incredible value for money on the used market. I also have the matching subwoofer available.
The Aegis Three Evo was the largest model in the award winning Aegis range, introduced in 2002 priced at £350 a pair. They were a What Hifi? magazine Supertest winner (see pictures). They are a 3 way design, ported front and back with a fabric dome tweeter, alloy midrange and bass drivers. They are bi-wirable, and have mass loaded compartments that bring they weight up to a hefty 16kg per speaker.
I was very impressed with these. They have a very cohesive, solid, fast and tight sound.
The work perfectly, the cabinets have been cleaned and are in excellent condition.
