It’s the extra large frying pan at any catering establishment, cook your eggs, bacon and hash browns with a burger, grilled onions and toasted buns all at once right beside each other. Using a griddle you can cook anything you can fry in a skillet with small amounts of liquid.
Griddles are any cooks/chefs right hand appliance as nearly 90% of catering establishments use griddles on a daily basis, a true asset to any catering establishment and as such not any old griddle will do.

This es with a plug and cook power system. Rather than having one single connection to a 4.4kw Griddle/heating element that will require an electrician to wire it we have manufactured this griddle with two individual heating elements powered from two separate 13Amp plugs.
