All online finance applications (Via are subject to acceptance by availability, price changes and the payment of a deposit in accordance with your accepted order. If the vehicle you have ordered is not available, will contact you by email or telephone to provide possible alternatives. If the vehicle is available and can arrange funding then we will contact you to request payment of the deposit in accordance with your accepted order.
Prices
1. The prices quoted include VAT if Hire Purchase and exclude VAT if business leasing. Should the VAT rate change between the point of taking the order to the supply of the vehicle, payments will be adjusted accordingly. Prices also include number plate and Vehicle Registration Charge.
2. reserves the right to change the price either before or after accepts any order. We shall notify you of such a change and you have the right to cancel your order if the change is not acceptable.
3. Prices on the web site are for information purposes only and do not constitute an offer by capable of an acceptance by you.
4. All orders require a deposit, you will be advised of the amount at the point of order. Subsequent cancellation may result in the loss of your deposit (subject to our discretion)
5. Upon agreement by both parties and the relevant order form accepted by you, a holding deposit fee of at least £300 will be taken by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cheque.
Credit card payments incur a 2% surcharge.
