This TR4 was subjected to a full body off the chassis rebuild by our partners TR Enterprises over 2 years and was completed in 2011. Since completion, the car has only covered just over 2500 miles ! Having just 3 previous owners, the current name on the logbook has owned the vehicle since 1981. He is also a very long standing member of the TR Register and is well known for his new old stock spares for these cars. An 89mm fast road engine was built using its original cylinder head and engine block which was lightened, balanced and made ready for unleaded fuel. A tubular \"extractor\" stainless reel exhaust manifold was made and fitted along with original 42DCOE weber carbs. The vehicle was also fitted with duel circuit brakes, high capacity radiator, Revotec cooling fan etc to name just a few other modifications.This TR4 comes with a folder full of history, from the UK and Hong Kong. Previous and current V5’s, previous MOT’s, heritage certificate, original Hong Kong motor vehicle registration book, the original log book showing Standard Triumph as the first owners etc.This car is on the button, ready for it’s new custodian.
